WHAT IS BOOTCAMP CIRCUIT?
Bootcamp Circuit Training is a type of physical training program conducted by Balazs Heller, former national gymnastics and European yoga champion, ISSA certified personal trainer.
The intensive one hour circuit training combines running, interval training, and big variety of other exercises using gymball, tera bends, weighted jumping rope, dumbells and body weight to lose body fat, increase stamina, cardiovascular efficiency and help you to get into a routine of regular exercise. During the course you will perform various forms of interval training with little rest between exercises. Balazs offers alkalizing nutrition advice with this program.
WHY BOOTCAMP?
It is called "BootCamp" because it trains groups of people, typically outdoors, and the trainings are designed push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves in the gym alone. The idea is that everyone involved works at their own pace as they team up and work towards one goal, either in pairs, small teams of three or four, or even two teams head on. This provides a different environment for those exercisers who get bored in a gym and find it hard to develop a habit of exercise.

ABOUT THE CLASSES
Please check out our timetable for the ongoing BootCamp classes. If time wise non of the classes are suitable for you Balazs is happy to open up a new class on request in a different time if there are minimum of 4 people in the new group. There are also private sessions available on request.
Classes are suitable for all levels, Balazs has classes for beginners with no previous circuit training experience and for athletes/active people who work out regularly, but willing to change their routine. Depending on your experience Balazs will advise you which class to join.
