WHAT DOES THE PROGRAM INCLUDE?
Following an alkaline, vegan based diet is the healthiest and simplest way to an energetic and hassle free lifestyle. Besides being a vegan it is important to eat as much raw and whole food as possible. Conscious eating is the secret for an energetic lifestyle to keep you light on your heavy daily routine. As Hippocrates said more than 1500 years ago "You are what you eat" and "Let food be thy medicine and let thy medicine be food".
1. NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATION
As a yoga instructor and personal fitness trainer I work with overweight people on a daily basis and I always say that having an active lifestyle is not enough. 80% of your weight-loss success determined by the food you eat, and the fluid you drink. People tend to forget what the purpose of eating is. It is definitely not only about pleasure and satisfaction. In fact the reason we eat is to get the necessary energy for our body. Living food (fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, beans, sprouts) is the God given fuel for your body, which is a sacred place as it is the temple of your soul. So make sure to keep it clean and purified with the right nutrients and with the right amount of hydration. Around 70-75% of the body is water so you need to hydrate it every day with 1 litre of water per every kg. I am around 70 kg so I drink minimum 3,5 litres of water every day.
The reason many of us cannot make the change lies in our mind. To make constant change happen you need to get rid of your self-limiting beliefs and to clearly visualize your goals. The knowledge you get during this period should be implemented constantly into your future life.
3. PERSONAL & GROUP FITNESS TRAINING
It gives you an individualized and safe approach to training, a program specifically designed for your needs suitable to your body composition and overall fitness levels. Your program also includes regular Bootcamp, FitYoga, Zumba classes, depending on which suits you best.
5. NUTRITION & FOOD PREPARATION
We are experts in the concept of alkalizing and healthy nutrition. We will provide you with an individualized nutrition plan based on your individual requirements and on your training needs; our purpose is help you lose body fat and increase muscle mass without the starvation part! All foods have a substitute, and we will guide you through how to make healthier options that give you the same satisfaction and at the same time can keep you motivated. One workshop of food preparation is included in the package!

7. NATURAL THERAPIES
Depending on your individual requirements you can book a weekly session with one of our therapists, including Indian head massage, cellulite massage just to mention a few or reflexology. Discounted rates apply!
In 12 weeks significant change should happen if you follow our indications correctly. We require commitment and an adult mindset. This 12 weeks program is aimed to be a pleasant and rewarding experience!
